- If you plan to arrive early and want immediate access to the room, we suggest you book a previous night. If you decide not to book it, we will gladly provide storage for your luggage and let you use the swimming pool facilities to refresh.
- If you would like to check out after 12 pm, we suggest you book an additional night to guarantee you will have access to your room until you leave.

- Debit cards are not accepted to guarantee a reservation since they generate inconvenience with pre-block of balance.
- If you used a credit card to guarantee a reservation, a pre-authorization will be made for total amount of stay and it will be cancelled the moment you check in and open credit (this process might take an aprox. of 15 days depending on the issuing Bank.
