Check In and Check Out must be made in the Hotel Front Desk.
- Room check-in time is at 3 pm.
- Room check-out time is at 12 pm.
- If you plan to arrive early and want immediate access to the room, we suggest you book a previous night. If you decide not to book it, we will gladly provide storage for your luggage and let you use the swimming pool facilities to refresh.
- If you would like to check out after 12 pm, we suggest you book an additional night to guarantee you will have access to your room until you leave.
- All reservations are subject to availibility.
- Most credit cards are accepted.
- Debit cards are not accepted to guarantee a reservation since they generate inconvenience with pre-block of balance.
- If you used a credit card to guarantee a reservation, a pre-authorization will be made for total amount of stay and it will be cancelled the moment you check in and opne credit (this process might take an aprox. of 15 days depending on the issuing Bank.
- Debit cards:
- Are not accepted to guarantee a reservation since they generate inconvenience with pre-block of balance.
- You can use it to cancel your bill at check out.
- Passport or ID per guest are requested upon check in.
- Cancellations or Changes in the arrival/departure dates are not accepted.
- If a guaranteed reservation does not check in on the confirmed date or has an early departure, full stay rate will be charged as per original reservation.
