What is the language spoken in the country?

The sole official language is Spanish.

What is the local currency?

Quetzal Guatemalteco, ("Q", GTQ)

What is the maximum number of guests in each room?

With a maximum occupancy for 1 or 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (13 years of age or younger.) If the number of guests traveling exceeds the maximum occupancy, please book more than one room.

Is there an extra charge for portable beds?

Yes. Portable beds are confirmed based on availability. You can confirm applicable rate with the Hotel when you make your reservation and/or in the counter if you didn’t do so.

At what time is check in time?

Room check in time is at 3 pm.

At what time is check out?

Room check out time is at 12 pm.

Do I need any special documents to check in?

A valid ID to the guest name of your reservation is required to check in.

Do I have to contact the Hotel to ask for a room with special characteristics?

Your preference need to be requested at the time of booking (ea. rooms with 1 or 2 beds, for non-smokers, wheel-chair accessible, with a terrace or balcony, panoramic view and others) since these are confirmed based on availability.

Are debit cards accepted to guarantee a reservation?

No. Debit cards are not accepted since they cause inconvenience with pre-bloqueo de saldos.

How do I get from the airport to the Hotel?

A daily shuttle bus operates between the Hotel and the airport at fixed times (extra fee applies.)
